Do the descending hypothalamic fibers innervate all the preganglionic sympathetic neurons? Or do they only innervate the preganglionic sympathetic neurons which arise from T1-T4 (ciliospinal center of Budge)?

Any input is appreciated

I haven't read anything about it. Based on what I understand, this hypothalamospinal tract should innvervate the whole sympathetic center at intermediate zone of spinal cord(T1-L3).

Just my guess, I am also waiting for the right answer.
