hi!
i want to know that i am preparing for usmle step1 ,( i am an img), can i do observership ,are there any restriction to it what sort of visa is required to do so , i am on H4 VISA these days(spouse visa) please give me suggestion as i think observership will help me a lot in future.

Also is the observership better if its under the NIH or, a private clinic is just as good?I'm interested in Pathology....an observership for which speciality is adviced for me and for how long should I do an observership for it to count as a plus point?
