This lesion is located near optic chiasm, so I guess B.

Are we seeing the same picture? The arrow is definitely pointing to the occipital lobe. It should be C.

The arrow is to occipital lobe so C is suitable (with macular sparing)

any lesion beyound optic chiasma will lead to contralateral homonymous hemianopia because of crossing of the fibers at the chiasma... Occipital lobe is distal to chiasma
