hi! i am an ECFMG-certified IMG from the philippines. i would like to ask for your opinion: how easy or difficult is it to obtain a new visitor visa to the US, after having gone there last year under a single-entry B-1 visa for my step2CS exam. i plan to return this october or november for my step3 exam and the series of interviews.
what do you think is the most compelling reason for requesting a visa-- the step3 exam or the invitations to interview? should i indicate both as my reason for going to the US?
