i think also E. any kind of liver damage (MC being Alcohol) eventually causes backward hypertension (i.e. Portal). besides, C+D are essentially the same.

Yes, agree... Due to fibrosis, back pressure will result in increase pressure in the Portal Vein. (blood flows from Periphery of liver lobule- hepatic artery and portal vein to central vein) so fibrosis inbetween would lead to increase pressure in the Portal vein (and also hepatic artery I think) Correct?
