Hi phululong2k,
I've jus submitted my application for step 2 cs. wanna take exam in may last week or jun 1st week depending on availabilty in Houston. Can I block a date without getting my permit or do I 've to wait for the permit to pick a date?

When you apply for CS, normally they will send you the permit immediately by email.
Do you got this mail?
