basically look at the reactions that occur in gluconeogenesis and concetrate on three

a soucrce of pyruvate itslef is lactate. a high nadh would favor pyruvate to lactate.

similaly malate to oxaloacetate would favor gluconeo. high nadh does the opp

glycerol 3 p to DHAP favours gluconeo. high nadh duznt
