hi, i noticed that there are some blanks in kplan 2005 lecture notes, it seems like the authors of the notes intentiously left the blanks, e.g. in ER part, there is one sentence: "in CO intoxication, PO2 doesn't decrease, however..., " blank after the word "however", i just began with this book, i am wondering, how many such blanks in the notes and if this will force us to listen to the lecture videos instead of just reading the notes.
