Answer: B, since administration of Isotonic Saline woukd lower the individual's osmolarity and expand the intracellular space.

This patient lost hypotonic fluid due to sweating, so blood osmolarity increases and intracellular volume decreases.

To compensate, hypotonic fluid is used. but no hypotonic fluid among choices and therefore isotonic fluid is the most suitable.
