5 months after beginning treatment for OCD, a 19 year old boy comes to the doctor saying that he has discontinued the medication becos he started worrying about having to take it everyday.his intial response to the medication was good , but now the symptoms have come back. besides education about the nature of the disorder and treatment , what is the most appropriate next step in management? begin a trial of trial of cognitive behaviour therapy request the patients parents to supervise administration of medication monitor patients compliance by weekly blood tests
