Re pregnant lady in mania, may be ECT or Glut. acid inhibitors (gabapentine, lamotrigine etc), not sure.

Ethanol is used for antifreeze poisoning, because it competes for same enzyme Alch DH

Not sure about the rest. I ll appreciate if you explain, thanks

Naltrexone is used to lessen craving in alcohol withdrawl programme.

Methylphenedate is indicated in attension deficit syndrome

Methylphenidate was previously used in treating obesity ,currently used for hyperactive children, has abuse pottential.
NALTREXONE
Asmi is correct,according to Goodman /Gilman-it blocks some of the reinforcing properties of ETOH and has resulted in decrease rate of relapse to ETOH drinking in double blind trials, it was approve in 1994 for opiate dependence.
