Hi pals,
I thought it would be nice and useful to know when each of us plan to take the exam. I know most of us mention that in our diaries/ prep journals but some of us don't write there at all. So, how about we mention our exam date here so that who take exam @ that time will coordinate and share materials, ideas on readings/ revisions/ exams/ and etc? Ofcourse, if you delay your exam you can always come here and edit the message.
I plan to take my exam in the 3rd week of August.

i am planning in may actually i have taken 15 may.but its all depend on my NBME FORM 3 on may 4th.but yes at any cost its may..

july is my deadline , but just to be on the safe side i got the july augustsept eligibility period ..... so it all depepnds on my NBME score which ill take mid june.
RADIOLOGY is my dream ,
pathology
basically any thing that does not have to many calls and does not take to much of my other time (family time )
IM would me my last choice , followed by a fellowship in some minor subjuect.

My eligibility period starts in my 2nd trimester..but keep July august september, I never know how I am gonno do, but so far my date in JULY LAST WEEK!!
Hard for this year match, but will try, as tolito said, all we lose is money  , but planning to get over with this, before nov /dec. If I get anything,thats fine otherwise, next year will add some clinical experience to my resume..but nothing seems so sure for me now.
MY DREAM: Radiology or Ophthalmology 
Reality: My college day dream: Pediatrics-Specializing in Cardiology.
Next I can think of Internal Medicine...
if nothing above, want to take Pathology to be like Dr.Goljan

Hi everyone!
I guess I am the biggest procrastinator in this forum, I started printing the USMLE and ECFMG booklets in 2002, gathering all the info, books, etc, and know in 2006 I am just starting to be serious about this.
I chose sep for step 1., it is April and I am just starting studying.
I am between family practice or obgyn.

my eligibility period is from may to july and will be taking the NBME 3rd or 4th week of may that is this month and everything depends on that. I am interested in Internal Medicine
