can anyone pl explain me the mechanism how do the +sense RNa viruses act n how do the -sense RNA viruses act?

thanks

Positive sense RNA: can use their RNA as mRNA to produce proteins (direct translation)

Negative sense RNA: cannot directly use their RNA to produce proteins. First, their RNAs undergo transcription to produce mRNA, then mRNAs undergo translation to produce proteins. (Indirect translation).

Please explain more if you know.

macromolecules: they are structural proteins and enzymes (e.g. RNA dependent RNA polymerase), produced by translation of mRNA.
