they give you a temporary password just so that you can access it. log in with the id and password and change the password. You dont have to do the application whenever you sign in. just change the password and keep it to yourself. whenever you are ready to apply do the online part and the rest. I dont think they have a fee as I have not paid anything. they even let you save and keep your incomplete application for 14 or 15 days. you dont have to pay for that also. once the application is complete and only at the end it shows how much you need to pay for all the exams you are applying. and at that time also you can just save and log out and not pay. but when you decide to submit the application you can not get thru without paying and only after that you have the access to the form186 which with other forms like 344 and 345 has to be sent my post to them. They will process the your application only when they receive the post sent by you. But they keep informing you when and what they have got and accepted from you ( via emails to your email address you have provided them with ). So go ahead change the password to the one you want and you dont have to tell them when you take the exam. just browse thru everything and get familiarised.you dont have to pay anywhere except just before submitting the completed online part of the application.

Be cautious; never proceed to the end of the application process as you will find that you must pay with dollars. Try to revise everything from the original certificates you have and revise everything very well before completing your application, especially your graduation date and the materials you studied in your medical school.
