these are :
1) blood test...blood grouping, hb level ,blood glucose level....
2)urine test ...for checking sugar level, finding any infection,etc
3)ultra sound
4) blood test to exclude diseases like hiv& stds
5)pap smear...depending on situation..
6)blood pressure & weight measuring(most imp).

urine test for protein (preeclampsia )
measurement of blood pressure (at every visit)
Fundal height (after 16 weeks,every visit)
listening fetal heart beats
Triple screen (16-18 weeks)
checking cervix and getting culture (group B streptococcus,candida,herpes etc)
