B This patient has heart failure in which EF decreases and LVSP decreases (due to MR) so MV replacement will increase them.

maybe co in mr most of blood flowing back so preload onn heart is increasing so the heart has 2 pump more blood,hence ef wud increase,n sinse in mr most of of blood flows back into atrium hence lvsp is low,so in vavle replacement ef woud decrese n lvsp wud increase......
