I totally agree, PLEASE mark NBME qs in the title!
Actually I would suggest to try to find other sources to post qs here: about 85% of qs posted are from NBME... and of course if someone hadn't taken it yet doesn't want to see them.
So i would propose to try to refrain posting NBME qs but if you decide to post it anyway PLEASE MARK it as NBME otherwise you can comprimse my and other people's preparation and make us waste money for buying NBME form.

THERE SHOULD BE A SEPERATE STICKY WITH "ONLY" NBME QUESTIONS.
so they wont be spilled all over the place ...
moderators should organize it better like that.
and dividing each thread with nbme1,2,3,4 would be even better organized.
