A 3-year-old girl is brought to the emergency room in a rural community after a being found in the family’s garage with her legs pinned under a heavy shelf. Her family states that they thought she had been napping for a few hours prior to finding her, and they were not sure how long she had been in the garage. The girl was in stable condition with closed, distal tibial and fibular fractures of the left leg. There was no significant blood loss. She was admitted to the hospital for observation and pain control while waiting for orthopedic care. After several hours, she is noted to be hypotensive and febrile with decreased alertness. A serum creatine kinase level is 32,000 IU/L. The child subsequently develops acute renal failure.

why not 1?
there is hypotension and also myoglobin

plz explain

yes why is it not 1?

there is no significant history of lodd loss..hence hypoperfusion leading to atn is less likely than myoglobinuria
