Confused

Helllo,
For the past month I've been sick and my breasts hurt non-stop. So finally this morming I did a home test and it came out positive. I think I am happy, even though this has not been planned at all.
At the same time I am confused and somewhat scared. I suspect I am on my 6th week now. About 5 weeks ago I had light spotting (which I thought was my period after a possibly non-ovulating cycle), it worried me because some spotting continued for nearly two weeks. Was is normal?
Another thing that scares me is that about a month into the pregnancy I had a terrible tooth pain. I took ibuprofen for pain and penicilin for 7-10 days. Could it hurt my baby?
Despite all the parties, I was careful with drinks. I had a couple, but those were not strong and I was not drunk.
Please let me know what you think about spotting and pills. I am all stressed!

pencillin is safe in pregnancy.regarding spotting please consult a gynecologist.most of time its normal but one has to rule out a threatened abortion etc.its natural to be anxious but please seek medical advice.
