How do you know its not the rice w/ B cereus?

hey guys.. the answers are B, B, and A.

B because vaccines for strep pneumo, hemophilus, and neisseria meningitidis all use the bacteria's capsules as antigens

B because well, two bacteria transferring DNA directly between each other = conjugation

A because chinese food = reheated rice = bacillus cereus... I saw this question multiple times on Qbank and Qbook
