No clue about this...I may guess it's "aorta"?!

  #10

and my wild guess goes for........ thyroid gland (the only option nobody else has picked)

  #11

Aorta vs. renal arteries

  #12

past history of reumatic fever suggest possblity of glomerlonephritis, hypertension makes possiblity more likely.all other are possible ,but we have to rule out this first.

this is a case of benign nephrosclerosis. the pathology involves the glomerular capillaries. but i am wondering......the glomerular capillaries originate ffrom the interlobular arteries which inturn originate fronm the arcuate arteries which ultimately originates from the renal artery. so what option is the most appropriate to pick? renal glomeruli or renal artery?

Any one ...please opine

renal glomeruli - tuft of capillary loops at the beginning of each nephric tubule of the kidney

Just wanted to add that benign nephrosclerosis occurs as a result of hypertension.
