a case control study is conducted to assess the possible relationship between the use of aspirin and colon cancer. the odds ratio of colon cancer among aspirin users is 0.6 with 95 % confdence interval between 0.4 AND 0.9. WHICH OF THE FOLLOWING IS THE MOST ACCURATE CONCLUSION?

its so simple (c)..just because from case control study we can estimate only ODD's RATIO. that is option (c)
