ebstein anomaly is answer.
WPW has delta wave.while ebstein anomaly has short QRS upstoke

it's a good one...I like it! so just to clarify:

1) both wpw and Ebstein have short pr interval

2) Ebstein has a short qrs upstroke while wpw has a delta wave
