a 24 yr old alcoholic, drug addict presents via ER with dizzy spells and periph neruropathy. her blood count and film confirmed megaloB anemia. urine shows mehtylmalonic acid. she is treated with

1. vit c
2. pyridoxine
3. biotin
4. folate
5. vit b12
