afte 18hrs fasting, the following enzyme is least inactive

1. lactate dehydrogenase
2. alpha 1,4 glucosidase
3. alpha 1,6 glucosidase
4. glu 6 phophatase

at this time, it is gluconeogenesis that supplies glucose. lactate dehydrogenase is also an enzyme of gluconeogenesis (converting pyruvate to lactate which is then a substrate for gluconeog) but glu 6 phosphatase is one of the four important enzymes of gluconeog;

others are

pyr carboxylase
PEPcarboxykinase
f1,6 bisphosphatase
