Renal collecting duct but I m not sure whether it is in medullary or cortical collecting duct? please correct me

Why not distal tubule? ADH receptors are in distal and collecting tubules but most likely to be present in distal tubules.

iF NOT CORRECT, i GO WITH E NOW (PROXIMAL TUBULE), Since dehydration causes an increase in absorption in proximal tubules.

right. according to Q bank explanation it is always the proximal tubule which has greatest water reabsorption as it reabsorbs 2/3 or 66% of everything( even when there is five fold increase in ADH)
