I tried cases. They are not perfect but it is good to practise them, to be more familiar with computer simulation. I would reccomend them since this is the only chance to practise cases, except of course usmle orientation materials.

I liked the cases on usmlesteps123 I agree it was the only place to practice cases since first aid and UW are just a set of notes. It is more of a training tool than a practice exam but I found it very helpful and about 5 of my cases on the exam came from their site.

I am doing Passfirst USMLE III CCS review. It is interactive case, not perfect, but acceptalb

Try Shaher CD for CCS I tried them all and it is my faviorate
