EXERCISE big time helps, otherwise like what just said, i always feel like crying, my family thinks that me crying means that i don't feel positive that i can do it, but thats not it at all, its the amount of info that we have to retain. Thats what scares me. So exercising and taking breaks throughout the day.

Walking my dog and having a good time playing with her helps me the most.(10 min 2-3 times a day) And of course crying!

1. buying myself bright beautiful things like flowers, vase, new curtains to my room, new hairstyle, a coat i always wanted, haing a manicure (no nails though in many years so i just manicure what looks like nails!!!) ... 2. talking to friends 3. reading novels 4. listening to music 5. last but not least, praying. if nothing works, then i just cry my eyes out (behind closed doors, cos i hate people seeing me cry, they make me cry more in their attempt at soothing me) till i get a headache, then buy myself an icecream. then tell myself that since i have cried and had icecream, it is over. and guess what? 99% of the time if i get to this last resort, it is over

I dont understand all the tears being shed! My favorite stress relief is to cuddle up to my 2 year old daughter when she comes to me and tells me...mama no more books!!! Another stress relief is to go out for icecream with my 4y old and 2 y old just watching them happily gobble down the icecream melts away all my worries...their naiive innocent questions as they discover the world and their constant presence for hugs and kisses actually refreshes me and makes me go on down this road.
