What happens if I take the Step 2 CS exam, have passed Step 1 and 2 CK but results aren't back for CS by the time I start residency? Anyone know?

Just to add to this, I have matched but not taken Step 2 CS yet (in 1 month). Any ideas?

Do you need CS to be ECFMG certified? And do you need it for the licensing requirements in the state where you will be working? Do you need to work through ECFMG for a visa?
You need to take it ASAP.
