does anybody know which state gives fastest physician licensure after residency?

I would only know about the state that I am in - and I can't mention that because it would narrow down my location in N......the United States.
But if you mean processing your license to apply for the H visa during your residency, check with your program coordinator. They would know the lead time that you need.
