WHATīS THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS STEP TO ENTER TO A RESIDENCY IN THE USA?? THE IMPORTANCE TO DO A FELLOW/SUBSPECIALTY?? DOES IT MATTER THE SCORE FOR THESE PURPOSES??
I KNOW THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN DISCUSSED IN THE PAST BUT ITīS STILL CONFUSED, IN MY OPINION.

u need to slear step-3 for ful licensure,and during interview if u have step-3 then it helps tremendously that means ur more likely to sail thru boards.
thats it i dont think it is usefull in obtaining fellowships.
