hi

i finished my cs exam and for one case i forgot to drape the patient and in one case may be i missed the diagnosis .iam afraid i lost that case.plz help me if i would pass after all thses mistakes

In one case i didnot do safe sex counselling

personally i feel a non-serious mistake is not flagged until it is repeated in 2 more cases ...

about missing a diagonisis - do u mean u were not able to explain possibilities to the SP - wut differentials did u put on the PN ?

mnissing a counseling on one case should be ok ...

Iam happy to see ur relply.Ur blogspot is incredible for img's. Keep up the good work. i thought a case had different diagnosis than what I thought ,when i came outside. but i did put that in diff diagnoses,but i did not tell the patient. for one patient i didnot drape that was second patient.First patient i didnot feel the need to drape. From 3rd iwas careful. that is a mistake in draping. i did not counsel a patient about safe sex,that is one mistake and the other one as i already told u about dignosis,i think it had different diagnosis. And the other one i didnot mention to mother to bring the child to hospital but i wrote that in diff diagnosis.I thought child case is not serious ,but anyway u have to ask,i forgot.Those r my mistakes,iam really unhappy about it
