it is true that mammography is the first step but i still think FNAC is the diagnostic as the lump is palpable and hard.

i agree but even fnac is,nt confirmatory.many times u have no other choice than biopsy to confirm diagnosis.

yes, i know that yasmeen, but FNAC can give you the confirmed diagnosis (cytology=histopathologic dx).
4 must be the answer.

 with 4. fnac results are available earlier and it gives you the confirmed diagnosis. I would go for 5 if results with fnac are eqivocal
