E Quinolones, Sulfonamide, and Tetracycline are three groups of drugs that often cause photosensitivity.

Add Fluoroquinolones too to your list. Cipro is fluoroquinolone. And out of Fluoroquinolones Sparfloxacin is the one which gives most photo sensitivity. In general Tetracyclines are notorious and then come sulfonamides.
