well the answer is E but its not because of hemoconcentration...E is the only option with normal values which dont change in such a situation.

They want to know in acute situation 15 minutes time interval, the patient may lose 15% of the blood but the CBC is normal !! Not enough time to dilute anything

try to understand what and why they ask this question

That was a witty one. It seemed so intimidating at the first glance (I almost began to complain) but turned out to be fairly simple.
