34. A 3-year old boy is brought to the clinic because of bloody diarrhea. He has a history of recurrent otitis media and pneumonia. On examination, an extensive eczematous skin rash is noted. Thrombocytopenia is reported on a cmplete blod count. This patient may also have an increased chance of developing which of the following neoplasms?
