How difficult?
If I finish FM and then i want IM, to be certified on both, can i do it without repeatin IM internship, and just going to PGY2 in IM.
Are there programs that do both?

No. It's the discretion of the PD if you need to repeat any of the IM (if you do FP first) or the opposite.

yes there is a program for FM/IM combined..just look at freida.org
