sorry it's A.preeclampsia is hypertension plus proteinuria.

Right it is A, new onset proteinuria is a criteria Worsening hypertension is also another criteria, How much does the BP increase to be considered worsening BP ?

Blood Pressure exceeding 140/90 for mild & more than 160/110 for severe preeclampsia.
