substance p is the only substrate there that has anything to do with pain. NO2 is known for dilating and in a scheme with guanosine used for erectile dysfunction. Also dopamine beta hydroxlase aids catecholamine dopamine to get N.E. ADH should come into play with volume depletion or increase osmolarity. Inositol is a proposed mecn of action for Lithium. neuropeptide Y??

Let me tell you...if you get to USMLE and you see a question with answers A-J DONT GET INTIMIDATED. Through my practive with NBME it is always an easy answer choice but they try to throw as many answers out to slow you down and say "Oh wait, I am not sure what this answer does so MAYBE it is the one!" Blasphemy.
