hello everyone on the forum,
I graduated last year.I am giving my step 2 in may.I haven't taken step 1 yet.Can somebody please tell me if it's ok to give step 2 before step 1.I am really scared what if I get some questions from step 1 in the step 2 exam.does that happen, do step 1 type questions appear on step 2.I am just reading Kaplan and solving USMLE world.Is that enough or I need to do blue prints also.
Somebody please help me.

hi yasmin,
i just took my step 2 a week back.havent taken step 1 yet.
they dont ask step 1 stuff as such but they do ask pathophysiology n mechanism of diseases.so i think that is the only area u need to know of step 1.

Thanx for the help.It must be a releive getting done with the exam.do u recommend reading pathology kaplan along with my step 2 prep.

i dont think u need to go through whole of path.but u can definately go through goljan audio for step 1 if u have time.
