In the First Aid it's written that Class II are the main determinants of organ rejection.

As far as I know MHC I are found in every nucleated cell in the body and are responsible for self/nonself recognition while MHC II are only on APC and are not that respinsible for organ rejection.

Is it a mistake of mine or F.A. ?

Thanx.raised eyebrow
