I am on H4 visa , my husband applied for green card as outstanding researcherer ,but we dont know how time it takes to approve , does it effect my status as i am applying for 2007 match.

It's too early to answer that question - only an immigration attorney can help you with the answer. Too many variables and too many timelines to look at.
