hi guys...just wanted to let every1 know that i passed the cs...gav it on feb 6th...in philadelphia...i studied mainly from usmle world but gav a slight reading to first aid as well just to compare any cases which were not in usmle world...i studied for 2 weeks...the first week i read all the material and saw all methods of physical examinations and did a revision of all material twice...in the 2nd week i practised on two of other students...time management i feel is the main thing b/c i was doing fine during practice but on the real exam i was running out of time...in 1 case i had to leave the room just after the physical examination and cudnt counsel or tell the patient the d/d so i was careful in the rest...i took a good history in every case bit i had to leave sum things in the examination part sumtimes..but i think as long as u r sympathetic to the patients and sound concerned its fine...i did notice that the patients were watching very carefully wen washing hands so make sure u do it properly...well good luck to every1 preparing 4 the cs n thanks to every1 on this forum specially digitaldoc 4 all the help
