Hi guys, could you please help me to clarify those things? I was told that we had to submit the application forms by the end of August. So if I take the step 2 CK in August and step 2 CS in Oct, do you think that I can make it? Thanks a lot!

well the match starts by september 1 st ,and we can apply with step 1 score too , but if u have ur ecfmg certificate by september 1 st , people say u can get lots of interview calls comparitively.even i wont be able to have my ecfmg certificate by then ....but still i think u can make it for this match .........

thanks, step killer! I just search in the cs form and it seems to take lots of time for the return of the result. I will take your advice and plan cs first. Thanks again

Hi aimhigh,

even i have 2 give both step 2 ck and step 2 cs......do u think giving step 2 cs b4 ck wourld b a wise decision because it takes longer to get result of step 2 cs as opposed 2 ck?

what are you going to do?

thankyou.

Well if you have some basci clinical knowledge already. meanign you can give a diagnosis of most commom illnesses then yes you can take CS before CK. Some have giving CS before any other test.

Good Luck!

HI EVERY ONE

I'm IMG , i'm doing canadian license exams in canada, i want to prepare for USMLE step 2 Ck, can anyone tell me how long it will take me to study for it in order to get 99?

getting a 99 does not depend on the time you read. and time we read also greatly varies from person to person. Just revise in your pace. do the maximum you can.

THE GREATEST ACHEIVEMENT IN THE WORLD IS MAKING THE MOST OF OUR POTENTIAL.

SO do it. and then give the exam in best possible tie. not the time you take but the time ECFGMG or match will give you and finish it.

Thank you msyamp, it is very true THE GREATEST ACHEIVEMENT IN THE WORLD IS MAKING THE MOST OF OUR POTENTIAL.

it is also true that reading time greatly varies from person to person but the thing is i have 2 exames:MCCQEII AND IMG OSCEexams in october so i'm just trying to make schedule for myself, i'm trying to find out what is resonable amount of time that average person needs to get high score in CK?? like rough idea to make up my plane

i appreciate your help
thank you very much
