Hi

Could anyone tell me is there any case where a defect can be expressed in both Homozygous Dominant and Recessive forms? i.e as XX and yy but not in Xy Xy?

Thanks

I don't get the question?

Your genotypes look the same XXyy same as XyXy but written differently. If we consider one gene X do you mean does it produce the same defect in XX form as xx form, but not in Xx form?
