hello everybody
can anybody help me and tell me the differences between observership, externship and research fellowship?? and the requirements for each??
and also id like to know how and where can i search for research fellowships in surgery

observership = only observere docs in the hospital - no touching patients..
externship = like a medical assistant ..allowed to take histories, phyusical exam, etc.. its like doing ur med-school internship in the USA
reseaerch fellowship = where u work on a project like a full-=time research assitant..ur duties could range from writing gran proposal to maintaining and analysing data, data-collection (could be clinical if its a clinical project)

i want to know if i am eligibile for externships or not, iam an old graduate, with master degree
also can anyone help me as where to search for clinical research fellowships??
