a)pneumocystis carini pneumonia

b)cryptococcal meningitis

c)mucormycosis

d)bacterial meningitis

e)cytomegalic inclusion disease

pls explain the answer

Bacterial infections are the most common ones in patients receiving chemotherapy:That lives us with a or d.Amongst the two,bacterial meningitis is for sure more prevalent,even in the hospital setting where you could have also P.carinii pneumonia easily,but I think that bacterial meningitis is more common.
