hello everybody,
im planning to join 2007 match, woul dlike to ask how important the observerships are to my cv, can an observership grant me good LORs?? and how else do i get us LORs??
i have masters degree in general surgery and 4 years clinical experience in my home country, but what if i apply without us clinical experience, how bad would that be??
and lastly, where can i find places that offer surgery observerships to imgs??
