regarding meningiococcemia ,yes it does cause a rash,but the scenario is verydifferentandeasilydifferentiated form the other top three,Forit hhaemorrahgic and associated with a rapidly risin fever and prostraion.SO IT ISBEST TO THINK OF IT IN ACATEGORY WITH RASHES +PROSTRAION (LUEKEMIA,DIC AND MENIGIOCOCCAEMIA). rolling eyes
