i explored them.. didnt take it.. its 1 month outpatient experience only.. u dont have ward exposure.. u do get to do history and physicals at the attendings clinic and round with him at the hospital he is affiliated with.. but u get only 1 lor.. 2000bucks is a bit high price.. also u have to be lucky to be assigned to a well known attending who rounds at a big teaching hospital..

doc apurva do u have any info abt how good fmg america is?
do u know of any such organisation which helps with getting material ready for match for their candidates?
does one need to join any of these to do well in the match?

dont waste on ur cash on such organisations is all i have to say period.. research and learn for urself.. u will not only be better informed - but u may come across opportunities which u never knew existed..

In one of my interviews a PD told me that he feels sorry to see how some IMG are taken advantage and pay big amounts of money to do an externship.
I wouldnt take it.
